14 September, 2012on
In our previous dinner, we featured a heart-stopping nose-to-tail feast. It was a testament to the Pinoy’s love for pork. This October we will host another special meal focusing on that other thing we Filipinos love – DESSERT.
In fact we plan to serve “Dinner for Dessert”.
This time around we have Chef Sunshine Pengson on board, part of the great duo behind The Goose Station. While she has an obvious talent for savory creations, her passion really shines in the patisserie department. Chef Sunshine has presented us with a first draft of the fine, multi-course menu and it’s definitely swoon-worthy. We won’t be serving sweets for all courses. The menu will highlight pastry and dessert techniques in savory dishes and throw in some savory components in the desserts.
Of course there will be no lack of actual desserts. There will be a few.
